Sennenichi mini gyarari
Inside our brewery with rows of tanks, visitors will have an up-close view of sake-making processes during brewing season and a chance to taste an unpasteurized version of "Shiboritate Genshu", which may only be tasted inside the brewery.
Four to five different kinds of sake are offered for tasting throughout the year at the
mini-gallery on the second floor.
