May 2: The 2nd Seibei Festival
To introduce more people to Seibei, a distinguished figure who made a great contribution to the tradition of the Tanba Tōji master brewers, Saihoji Temple, his family temple, took the initiative in launching the Seibei Festival, with the support of the Tanba Tōji Guild, the Tanba-Sasayama Sake Brewers Association, and the Tanba Tachikui Pottery Cooperative Association.
Visitors can enjoy a wide range of programs, including sake sales from Tanba-Sasayama, paid sake tastings, various events, and kitchen cars offering local gourmet food. We look forward to welcoming you.
